TINY SINGAPORE

The Singapore City Gallery, located at the URA building, has three dimensional maps that feature scale models of each of Singapore's buildings. I remember when I was growing up that I was impressed by the miniature Pittsburgh that was shown during the opening of each episode of Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. However, the City Gallery takes the cake as the grandaddy of all scale models.

I saw this exhibit immediately after Social Media Breakfast 4. I laughed out loud when Claudia suggested getting action figures and marching them down the streets of Singapore. Imagine a gigantic Hello Kitty toppling the Singapore Flyer or a 500 ft. tall He-man riding Battle Cat down Orchard Rd.
