
When I visited Asakusa a few weekends ago, my friends and I ate grilled tongue in a back alley Korean barbeque joint.
The last time I had tongue was almost a decade ago when my grandma cleaned out her freezer.

How did you like it? It's kind of gross when you think they are slised tongue of a cow, but 牛タン tastes so good. (I ate it last night.)
