Whale Bacon from Apita

I finally tried whale. I found it in bacon format in my local Apita. It left an oily residue of fat on my tongue. I'm pretty sure that you could imitate it, if you mixed a bottle of liquid smoke in with a bucket of Crisco.

I probably won't make a habit of eating it. I hope this makes the environmentalists happy.
